Each repair is documented, bench tested, and guaranteed for 12 months. Each retrofit is carried out with original parts, as in the factory, and guaranteed for 24 months.

Establishment of N'Joy Home & Car Multimedia in Duillier, Vaud. Installation of residential audiovisual systems (home cinema, multi-room) and repairs to OEM multimedia systems from the VAG Group — every installation carried out to factory standards, using original parts.
Creation of Repairs RTV, a workshop dedicated to the repair of consumer electronics and the installation of non-OEM car radio and multimedia systems. This first entrepreneurial experience lays the foundation for technical expertise.
Training as an Electronician specialising in Audio & Video at Philips S.A., then Serlog, then Sertronics. A solid technical foundation acquired from the big names in consumer electronics of the time.
