Repair authorisation By signing this form, the customer mandates N'Joy Genius Car to carry out a diagnosis and, subject to prior agreement on the price, proceed with the repair of the unit described.
Quote and fixed price: The applicable fixed price will be confirmed by email upon receipt of the package. The repair will only commence after explicit agreement from the customer. Subject to feasibility and conclusive repair — if repair cannot be carried out, an exchange offer will be proposed.
